Although he sees himself as just a problem solver, Anthony Levandowski tackles problems just like an inventor. He created a completely autonomous motorcycle called "Ghostrider" for the Pentagon's DARPA Grand Challenge, the only two-wheeled vehicle in that robot car race. Ghostrider didn't win the $2 million prize, but the lure of big cash prizes draws Levandowski to invention competitions. And it put Ghostrider in the Smithsonian collections.
